  • 4 larger potatoes - about 500-600 g
  • 2 eggs
  • 150-175 g flour

RECIPE PREPARATION Plums with plums:

Wash the potatoes with the peel well and put them to boil. When they are well cooked, drain the water and peel. When it cools down a bit, pass it. Make a not too hard dough from potatoes with salt, eggs and flour. While we form the dumplings, we have to powder our hands with flour, in order to be able to work with the dough, and if we consider that we still need it, we add a little more flour as we form the dumplings.
Meanwhile, bring the water to a boil in a large pot.
Plums, wash and remove the seeds. Shape the dumplings from the potato dough and put a plum in the middle. When the water boils (in which we add a little salt), introduce the dumplings and let it boil. When it rises to the surface, let it simmer and let it boil for a few more minutes (about 5 minutes), so that the plum inside can also boil.
The dumplings are taken out of the water with the help of a spatula, they are allowed to drain a little, after which they are passed through breadcrumbs. If you want the breadcrumbs, you can brown them in a pan with a little oil or butter.
Serve sprinkled with sugar.
