Baked potatoes stuffed with cheese

Wash the potatoes well, leave them peeled, preferably medium potatoes, mine were giant again (here they are all giant) and bake harder,
Bake for 40 minutes,
but I had to leave them longer as they were very big.
Mix the cottage cheese with the cheese (leave 2 tablespoons to sprinkle at the end), butter, sour cream and cheese triangles.
Remove the baked potatoes, grow with a knife in the middle and remove the core with a small teaspoon and a towel (otherwise you will fry your fingers), crush the core removed from the potatoes and mix with cheese and sour cream and season with salt and pepper.
Fill the potatoes with the cheese composition and sprinkle cheese on top and bake for another 10 minutes.
They are served as a side dish to steaks or as a main course.
They are wonderful, the only regret was that I prepared only 6 pieces
